The Wake Up And Take Your Sleeping Pills Tour 2018 is coming to The Fox and Firkin

China Shop Bull
The punk hip-hop apocalypse that is China Shop Bull has gained the hearts and respect of people around the world on the back of consistent touring and the success of two album releases. Festivals appearances at Boomtown Fair, Mighty Sounds (CZ), Rebellion, Symmetry, No Man’s Land, Beatherder, Eden fest and many more have seen China Shop Bull prove themselves to be a favourite in festival, punk, rave and party scenes. Fusing countless styles and genres such as drum&Bass, hip-hop, ska and dub all mixed up and spat out with intense energy, punk ethos and attitude. Guaranteed to get you jumping.

One Eyed God
Blasting out an infectiously ramshackle and raucous wall of sound, One Eyed God are a 5 piece combo and have been a regular fixture on the festival circuit since forming in 2011. Fusing punky ska, reggae and dub with sax driven melodies and balkan bouzouki licks, the music embodies the carnival atmosphere of a festival with lyrics showcasing both life's reality, surreality and absurdity.

The band have gained a reputation and following as an energetic live act on the UK DIY festival scene. Releasing three studio albums since forming, the last of which was 2015's "The First and Last Freedom", with a new album planned for 2018.

DOGHOUSE
'Techno, Punk, Clown, Trash'... previously rebel rousing frontman for legendary techno, punk band, SICKNOTE, Doghouse has returned... and this time it's personal. Having honed his sonic/lyrical attack, and with the 'Idiot Savant' at the helm, they will drag you through their Brechtian world where loners, freaks and square pegs are most welcome.

Brassick
Formed about 5 years ago and hailing from the West Midlands UK, playing loud angry hardcore punk with Brassick have a fast growing following and a reputation as one of the most exciting bands around. Ever out spoken but with a tendency not to take themselves seriously, with a true anti-fascist, anti-capitalist and pro equality message which can be heard through their lyrics and live shows.
Brand new EP “Appreciate Your Concern” is out now on CD and 7” vinyl & digital download via, Urinal Vinyl, Mass Prod (France/Euro) & Iron Man Records.
