Admissions is a weekly event curated to support and uplift emerging, underground and even student musicians. With free entry for students and cheap deals it's a great spot to network with various people as well as showcase any current projects you're working on.Fox & Firkin is located in the heart of Lewisham and is a home for live underground music, bringing a stellar cast of live acts, with an eclectic variety of sounds. Graduate of LIMF and supported by BBC Introducing Merseyside; 1Xtra, Kiss FM,  MOBO, PRS, and GIR the artist has seen her work recognised by a plethora of platforms throughout the UK. Her single SECRET won over Capital Xtra & ISAWITFIRST as part of a National Search to find UK’s Best Emerging Female Artists. Moving back to England at 16 to attend Hereford College of Arts, graduating to Cheltenham University, studying until the pandemic hit in 2020.Growing up between the two countries has had an influence on her music, as she flips casually between the languages to tell her story. Now back in the U.K. based between London & out on her family farm in Whitbourne. You’ll find Lionhaire on stage in the big city or huddled up in her caravan writing her feelings with her guitar. A gifted guitar player, she's added her smooth vocals which carry echoes of Lauryn Hill. A self-taught instrumentalist she adds drums, keys & the bass to her resume as a musician.2021 is here & she's finally ready to start putting her music out to the world. Taking inspiration from different genres such as folk, singer/songwriter, soul and jazz they don’t feel the pressure to label themselves with one particular genre. When they perform live they usually ask the audience for random words and make a song on the spot. Tufnell was a runner up for Fred Perry Subculture X Nicholas Daley award and during lockdown they wrote an #EPaweek for 3 months.
